My daughter and I had a fantastic experience with Benson—truly a 5-star service from start to finish. He took us to Gatwick Airport, and everything went seamlessly. He was punctual, professional, and incredibly friendly, which made what could have been a stressful journey feel completely relaxed. The car was clean, the driving was safe, and we felt well looked after the entire time. Benson went above and beyond to make sure we arrived on time and stress-free. Constructive feedback - Recommend that when it’s raining and there is plenty of space at the terminal, then drop off nearer to the terminal building rather than furthest away.. It makes a difference and would secure higher rating scores and a tip.

Other recommendations - Suitcases on wheels should probably be put on their sides to stop them bouncing off the walls. With the above and perhaps cleaning the van and you get closer to 5*. When the cost of living strikes, I’m afraid people like me seek that little bit more than the minimum standard given the costs involved.
