Which vehicle do I need?
Choosing the right vehicle comes down to two things: how many people are travelling and how much luggage you are bringing.
Tell us your passenger and luggage numbers when you book, so we can send the right size of vehicle. If your bags are well over what the booked vehicle can carry, the driver may not be able to take them all, so if in doubt, go one size up or give us a call.

What vehicles are in your fleet?
We run saloons, MPVs, executive cars and 8 and 12-seater minibuses, and estate cars are also available on request. Tell us your passenger and luggage numbers when you book and we will send the right vehicle.
How much luggage fits in a saloon taxi?
A saloon takes up to 4 passengers with 2 large suitcases and 2 small bags. If you have more luggage, choose the MPV or one of our minibuses.
Which vehicle is best for a family airport transfer?
For up to 4 passengers with extra cases, choose the MPV, which takes 3 large suitcases and 2 small bags. For five to eight passengers, book the 8-seater minibus.
Do you have executive cars?
Yes. Our executive car takes up to 4 passengers with 2 large suitcases and 1 small bag, and suits business travel and special occasions. Business accounts can pay by monthly invoice.
How many people and bags fit in your minibuses?
Our 8-seater minibus takes up to 8 passengers with 6 large suitcases and 8 small bags. Our 12-seater takes up to 12 passengers with 12 large suitcases and 12 small bags.
Can I book a taxi with a child car seat?
Yes. We can arrange child and booster seats if you request them when you book. Tell us the ages of any children travelling and give us as much notice as possible.
What if my luggage does not fit?
Tell us how much luggage you are bringing when you book, so we can send the right size of vehicle. If your bags are well over what the booked vehicle can carry, the driver may not be able to take them all, so if in doubt, choose a bigger vehicle.
Are your drivers and vehicles licensed and insured?
Yes. Our drivers hold private hire driver licences, our vehicles are licensed as private hire vehicles, and every vehicle carries the insurance required by UK law, including passenger liability insurance.
